About me

My main focus is on expanding the model of quality-adjusted life years (QALY) cost-effectiveness analysis beyond health, to a broader context within social welfare, using the capability approach as a basis for measuring quality of life ( www.caly.se ).

  • I specialize in the following research topics
    • Outcomes research, valuation of instruments for cost-effectiveness
    • Public health and distributive justice
    • Data analysis in R
    • Statistics
    • Systematic reviews

I believe in open source and open science. I am a Swiss researcher, currently residing in Sweden as a PhD student in health economics at the Department of Epidemiology and Global Health, Umeå University.
